Why a learning community?
Learning from Greengage Q&As helps your school understand your preferences, opinions and experiences around energy use and comfort. Learning from each other’s perspectives helps to understand and shape your shared views on energy and comfort and shape your activities as a community.
What are Q&A’s?
Q&As are clustered in three competences to develop the skills in becoming a learning and acting community. Greengage offers specific Q&As under each competence:
- Knowledge: how much do you know about energy use and comfort?
- Collaboration: what are your motivations and concerns about making changes in your community?
- Action: what are your preferences for learning and making changes?
How does this work in Greengage?
Greengage offers schools a metaphor for getting stronger the more Q&As you work with and therefore building solid foundations in the different competences. The metaphor keeps track of your learning progress in making your school energy smarter.
